This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit this website. It is kept short and factual because our website is informational only — there are no forms, no accounts, and no analytics.

Data Controller

What data we process

When you visit this website, the following data may be processed:

• Server log data — IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL and timestamp, recorded automatically by our hosting provider for security and diagnostic purposes.
• Cookies from Google Maps — only loaded on our Contact page and only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. Google may set cookies such as NID and CONSENT. If you decline, the map is not loaded and these cookies are not set.
• Data you send via email — if you write to one of the addresses listed on our Contact page, we process the contents of your message and your email address to reply.

We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or user profiling. We do not maintain newsletters or customer accounts on this site.

Legal basis

• Server logs — legitimate interest of the controller in ensuring website security and stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Google Maps cookies — your consent, given via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law).

We share data only with parties strictly required to run the website and respond to inquiries:

• Google Ireland Limited, as provider of the Google Maps service, but only if you accept map cookies.
• Our email provider, for handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Retention periods

• Server logs: up to 12 months.
• Cookie consent preference: stored locally on your device until you clear it (via the "Cookies" link in our footer).
• Email correspondence: for the duration of our business relationship and any applicable statutory retention periods.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your data and receive a copy;
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• Restrict or object to processing;
• Data portability;
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
